Meet The Austin Team That Crafts Better Shower Doors
Want to know who will be in your bathroom and why their craft matters? Meet the team from Shower Doors of Austin, serving Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and the surrounding communities. We are family owned and operated, we opened in 2012, and we bring more than 30 years of hands-on experience to every enclosure we measure, fabricate, and install. Call (512) 831-3651 to talk with a real installer today.
Comparing providers? Start with our team for frameless shower doors to see how we approach quality, scheduling, and communication, then stop by the storefront weekdays 8 to 5 and meet the people who will do the work.
Who You’ll Work With
There is no call center between you and the people doing the work. Every enclosure moves through the same family-owned shop: measured, drawn, fabricated, and installed by the crew below.
Lead Glaziers
Site measure & shop drawingsEvery project is measured by a lead glazier, not a salesperson. They confirm plumb, level, and out-of-square conditions before any glass is cut, then produce a scaled drawing for your approval so hinge swing, clearances, and wall conditions are settled before fabrication begins.
Installation Crew
Hardware, glass & sealsOur installers set hinges and clamps into proper backing, so the weight of heavier glass never pulls out of the wall even with frequent use. You will also see careful silicone work that prevents capillary leaks without bulky beads that distract from the design.
Showroom & Estimates Team
Weekdays 8 to 5Our storefront is open 8 to 5, Monday through Friday, so you can see glass and hardware finishes and talk face-to-face. Free estimates and free consultations come standard, because informed choices lead to better results.
Family Ownership
Serving Austin since 2012Family owned and operated with long-term employees, not revolving crews. The culture of care started when we opened in 2012, and you keep one point of contact from the first call through the final wipe-down.
Why Your Installers Matter
Shower enclosures are everyday fixtures that must look beautiful and work flawlessly. When an installation is rushed or imprecise, small mistakes become daily frustrations: sticking doors, loose hardware, or slow leaks that stain tile and create mold. That is why choosing a team with proven training and accountability matters more than the glass brand or the hinge style.
We confirm plumb, level, and out-of-square conditions before any glass is cut. That prevents the gaps that cause drafts and water escape, and it keeps silicone joints minimal and clean. We also stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on our craftsmanship and specified hardware, because long-term performance is the real test of quality.
Replacing an older framed unit? Free removal of your old enclosure is included, so the process stays simple and tidy.
Why Homeowners Choose Us
Our approach is simple: skilled people, quality materials, and clear communication. The crew shows up prepared and respectful of your time, pre-stages hardware, protects floors and counters, and leaves the bathroom spotless. Many projects are finished in a single day once the glass is ready, and you have one point of contact from the first call to the final wipe-down.
