Historic Buildings Renovated Into Living Spaces
Not every job is a single bathroom. We also work on large commercial and multi-family projects, including historic buildings converted into living spaces, where original brick, steel windows, and structure are preserved while each unit is fitted with custom frameless glass enclosures.
Work at this scale runs on drawings, staged access, and close coordination with every other trade in the building. The renderings and site photographs below document one multi-unit renovation, from demolition through the restored facades and rooftop amenity deck.
