Bringing Quality Glass Solutions to Austin Since 2012
Shower Doors of Austin was founded in 2012 and has been a family-owned and operated business ever since, backed by more than 30 years of combined industry experience. We serve homeowners throughout Austin and the surrounding communities, and we work every day with the contractors, remodelers, builders and designers who bring us into their projects.
Custom glass is the whole business, not a sideline. No two bathrooms are exactly alike, so every installation is measured and customized to fit the opening it is going into. From the first consultation to the final adjustment, the same team handles the design, the glass and the install, which is how a frameless enclosure ends up with even reveals and a door that closes the way it should.
Our work reaches well past the shower. We build custom mirrors, cabinet glass, antique mirrors, interior and exterior handrails, curved glass, glass railings and custom wine rooms. We are also a retailer for ShowerGuard glass, which resists the corrosion and hard-water staining that dulls ordinary shower glass. Browse the full list of services to see what we fabricate.

What Sets the Work Apart
Four things show up on every job, whether it is a single shower door for a homeowner or a run of enclosures for a builder.
Measured in Your Bathroom
No two bathrooms are exactly alike, so a technician measures your opening on site and checks plumb, level and out-of-square conditions before anything is ordered.
Made to Order for the Opening
Every enclosure is designed and fabricated to the measurements we took, so the glass fits the space instead of forcing the space to fit a stock panel.
Installed by Our Own Crew
Our experienced installers handle every phase themselves, from accurate measurements through final adjustments, and they leave the bathroom clean when they go.
Glass and Hardware You Pick
We walk you through glass thickness, hardware finishes and design details, including low-iron glass and ShowerGuard, which resists corrosion and staining.
How a Project Runs
The same four steps whether you are a homeowner replacing one door or a builder scheduling forty. Simple and transparent from start to finish, so you always know what happens next.
1. Consult & Measure
Tell us your goals, style, and timeline. A technician checks plumb, level, and out-of-square conditions on site.
2. Design & Quote
We confirm the layout, glass thickness, and hardware finish, then put it in a clear written quote.
3. Custom Fabrication
Safety-tempered glass is cut and polished to spec while hardware is prepped in your chosen finish.
4. Professional Installation
Aligned hinges, even reveals, neat seals, and a clean site. Watertight the day we leave.

Meet the People Behind the Glass
The estimator who measures your bathroom, the fabricators who cut and polish the glass, and the installers who set it are all part of the same family-owned Austin team. That is why the answers you get on the phone match what happens on install day.
Put faces to the names on our team page, or look through finished enclosures, railings, mirrors and wine rooms in the project portfolio.
