In February of 2025, our glass door spontaneously shattered, for no apparent reason. Apparently, it happens in extremely rare cases. I immediately called them back and they were incredibly understanding, offering to come back out and reinstall a new door at zero cost even though it was obviously not their fault. I highly recommend Shower Doors of Austin. They were timely, communicative and stand by their products.

I wanted a glass door added to my existing wing walls and they scheduled me in, came out to take measurements and talk through some of the complexities and options to get around without having to redo my wing walls or tile. The shower door and glass is super tight and fixes my issue of water splashing out onto the floor as there was previously no door when the home was built. Installers were onetime and friendly. They also offered a low iron glass but I got the normal glass. The hardware looks great and was able to select from a few handle options at different price points. All in all very happy I chose them out of the 3 quotes I got. Their price was in the middle, and they gave the most trust and customer eccentric attitude of the three companies I contacted.
